Can I use photos of each location?
Yes. Switch the poll type to Visual Poll and upload an image per option. For destination decisions this makes a substantial difference to engagement.
Should I use ranked choice?
With four or more options, yes. It stops two similar destinations splitting the vote and handing the win to something most people didn't rank highly.
Can the team vote anonymously?
Yes. Voters aren't asked for their name by default, which tends to produce more honest votes on something people may feel obliged to be positive about.
How do I collect travel constraints?
Add an open-text question asking about accessibility, travel time, or dates. Better to learn about it before booking than after.
Do people need an account?
