Are these team poll templates free?
Yes. Every template is free to use with no account required from you or from anyone voting. The free plan covers 3 active polls with up to 100 responses each.
What is ranked choice voting and why does it matter for team decisions?
Voters rank options in order of preference rather than picking one. If nothing holds a majority, the lowest option is eliminated and its votes transfer to each voter's next choice. This matters when three or more similar options compete, because a single-choice vote often produces a winner most of the team didn't want.
Do team members need an account to vote?
No. They click the link and vote. No login, no email address, and no app to install, which is why response rates are higher than with tools requiring registration.
Can votes be anonymous?
Yes. Voters aren't asked for their name unless you enable name collection. Anonymous Mode goes further, discarding device and location data and storing dates rather than timestamps.
Which template should I use for scheduling?
